In particular we are seeking reliable, flexible and compassionate carer workers who want to make a real difference to the lives of the people under our care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Care Workers \u2013 In return we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 A full training programme for all staff according to level of need.\u00a0<strong>Wages are paid in full<\/strong>\u00a0during training.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a310.32 per hour on weekdays plus holiday pay<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a311.34 per hour on weekends plus holiday pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 Time and a half on Bank Holidays and double time on Christmas Day &amp; New Year\u2019s Day<br \/>\n\u2022 28 days holiday pro rata<br \/>\n\u2022 Flexible shift patterns between 7am and 10pm.<br \/>\n\u2022 Alternate weekends off<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a3300 incentive to introduce a carer to the company (\u00a3100 on joining, \u00a3200 if he\/she stays 6 months)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Care workers receive tunics paid for by the company<br \/>\n\u2022 Mileage is paid at 25p per mile and includes travel from carer worker\u2019s home to all clients and from last client to carer worker\u2019s home.<br \/>\n\u2022 Childcare vouchers are available for parents of young children<br \/>\n\u2022 Discounts available at major stores<\/p>\n<p>For Care Workers who are new to care we provide a full week\u2019s induction course with refresher training where appropriate. Our Senior Carers will keep a close eye on you and give you plenty of on-the-job training.
