After over 30 years in various different business settings I believe that the consistent themes in any successful business are the delivery of a first class service to clients and a fair and consistent approach to recruiting and retaining the best staff and this is what I try to bring to 1st Homecare. I live near Aylesbury with my wife Annabella and our two young children.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and have worked in London as an employment lawyer at an international law firm and in London and Moscow as an in-house lawyer with a major oil company. My current responsibilities include Training, Compliance and HR.

I joined the team in early 2017 as a senior carer and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. I’m studying for my Level 5 and balance my time between work and home life with my three teenage kids.

I have worked in the care world for the past 25 years and have been manager of the Kings Langley office for the past 22 years. I am passionate about delivering first class care to the elderly folk in the community so that they can continue to enjoy the memories contained within their own homes.

I have worked in care for over 35 years in a variety of different care settings.  Recently I spent over 5 years working as a manager for a live-in care provider.  I relocated to be closer to my family and am now enjoying working at 1^st Homecare, who have the same values as my own. Being able to provide a carer to live-in with a client and support them to remain in their own home is not just something I am enthusiastic about, but something I am truly committed to achieving.
